Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
1. The service
Scriva generates marketing content — listing descriptions, social captions, a video script, an email, hashtags, a visual carousel, and a shareable landing page — from the property details you provide. It's built for real estate professionals; by using it you confirm you're using it for that purpose.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.
3. AI-generated content — please review before publishing
Everything Scriva generates is a starting point, not a final, verified product. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and confirming the accuracy of any content before you publish it — including that it complies with applicable real estate advertising, consumer protection, and anti-discrimination laws in your market. Every field is editable for exactly this reason.
4. Your content, your photos
You keep ownership of the property details and photos you upload, and of the content generated from them. You're responsible for having the right to use any photo you upload — don't upload anything you don't have permission to use. You grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the service to you (generating your content package, hosting your shareable landing page, and the other features described in these terms) — we don't use your listing content to train AI models or for any purpose beyond running the service.
5. Scriva's intellectual property
Scriva — the software, the website, the Scriva name and logo, and everything else we built (other than your own listing content, described above) — belongs to us. Using the service gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own real estate marketing; it doesn't give you any ownership in the platform itself, and you may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the product.
6. Plan, trial, and billing
- New accounts get 5 free generations, no credit card required, with no time limit on using them — this trial exists specifically so you can evaluate the product before paying anything.
- Paid plans start at $29/month (Starter) or $59/month (Pro), billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Creem, who acts as the merchant of record for your purchase — your payment contract for each charge is with Creem, subject to Creem's own terms, in addition to these terms. We don't store your card details.
- Refunds: because you can try the product free before ever entering a card, charges for periods already billed are non-refundable, except where required by law. You can cancel anytime from Settings to stop future billing — no contracts, no cancellation fee — and your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Fair-use limits apply to every plan, including paid ones, to keep the service usable for everyone.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use Scriva to generate content for listings you don't have the right to market, to attempt to abuse the free trial, to interfere with the service for other users, or to attempt to access another agent's account or data.
8. No warranty, limitation of liability
Scriva is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but we don't guarantee the generated content is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose, and we aren't liable for how you choose to use it. To the extent allowed by law, we (and our vendors) aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you've paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing in this section limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
9. Termination
You can stop using Scriva anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abuse of the trial or the fair-use limits, without a refund for the current billing period beyond what section 6 already provides.
10. Governing law
Scriva is currently operated by an individual founder, not yet through a formally incorporated business entity. Until that changes and this section is updated accordingly, we don't designate a specific governing law or exclusive jurisdiction here — you remain entitled to any consumer-protection rights that the law of your own country of residence gives you and that can't be waived by contract. We'll update this section once Scriva operates through a formal entity.
11. General
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Scriva regarding the service. If we don't enforce a part of these terms right away, that doesn't mean we've given up the right to later.
12. Changes to these terms
We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change, and notify you by email for material changes.
