One listing is more than one post.
Price drop. Open house. Sold.
Every listing has three or four moments worth posting about. Scriva writes the caption for each one — from the listing you already created, so you never re-enter the address, the price, or the details.

Three updates, written for you
Pick the moment, add the one detail that changed — the new price, the open house time — and you get a headline, a caption, and hashtags built around it.

Example output for a sample listing. Yours is written from your own property details.
Templates solve the design. This solves the words.
A template pack gives you the look of a post. This writes the text that goes on it, from the listing you already created, so you're not starting from a blank caption for every price drop, open house, or sale.
Written from the real listing
It knows the price, the beds and baths, the neighborhood — because you already entered them once.
Your brand voice, kept
The same tone you set for your listing content carries into every update, so your feed reads like one person wrote it.
Saved with the listing
Every update stays attached to its property, so you can pull the caption back up whenever you need it.
Questions, answered
Does this create the image for the post too?
No — this generates the written side: a short headline, an Instagram-ready caption, and matching hashtags. If you want a branded graphic for the listing itself, that's the visual carousel, which is a separate Pro feature.
How is this different from a Canva template pack?
They do different jobs. A template pack is about how the post looks. This writes the words — headline, caption, and hashtags — from that listing's price, beds, baths, and neighborhood, in the brand voice you set once. It doesn't make the image; for that, see the visual carousel, a Pro feature.
Do I have to re-enter the property details?
No. Each update is generated from a listing you already created in Scriva, so it knows the address, price, size, and neighborhood without you typing them again.
What language does it write in?
Whatever language you set in your profile — the same one your listing content is written in. All 14 supported languages work here.
Which plan includes this?
Both. Listing updates are part of the text package on Starter ($29/mo) and included in Pro ($59/mo). Each update you generate counts as one generation, the same as creating a new listing does.
