Is Scriva a replacement for QR RealEstate?
Only partly. Scriva's landing page has a QR code and a contact form, but it doesn't import from MLS feeds, verify leads or offer lender co-branding. If those matter, QR RealEstate does them, and you can use it alongside Scriva.
Which is cheaper?
QR RealEstate has a free plan for up to 3 active listings and a Pro plan at $29 a month. Scriva's landing page needs the Pro plan at $59/mo, which also includes the copy, carousel and video.
Does Scriva verify leads?
No. The listing page has a contact form, and messages go to your dashboard and your email. It doesn't verify the visitor's identity before they see the property; QR RealEstate says it does.
Can I use both?
Yes. They don’t depend on each other: you could print a QR code from QR RealEstate and use Scriva for the listing copy, carousel and video.
