A Reel script that tells you what to shoot.
And a video for the days you don't.
Scriva writes a scene-by-scene script from your listing details — and builds a Ken Burns video out of the photos you already uploaded, so you have something to post even when there's no time to film.

Two ways to post a listing as video
Most listings don't get a walkthrough filmed. These cover both cases — the one where you have ten minutes at the property, and the one where you don't.
The script — for when you film
A 45–60 second script broken into timed scenes: hook, four shots, a transition, and a closing CTA. The scene directions reference what's actually in your listing — “sweeping shot of the pool,” not “exterior shot.”
Included on Starter and Pro
The video — for when you don't
Your carousel slides animated into an MP4: a slow zoom across each photo, crossfading between them, with your branding on the cover and closing slides. Built from photos you already uploaded.
Pro only
Silent on purpose
Music has to be licensed for commercial use on every listing you post, and Instagram and TikTok both let you add sounds from their own libraries inside the app. So Scriva hands you a silent video, and you pick the sound when you post it.
No licensing headache
No bundled music means nothing to license for commercial use on every listing you post.
MP4, not WebM
The format Instagram and TikTok actually accept. If your browser can only make WebM, Scriva says so instead of handing you a file that gets rejected.
Capped at 30 seconds
1.5–3 seconds per slide, bounded so a 20-photo listing still ends before people scroll away.
Questions, answered
Do I need to film anything?
Not for the video — it's built from the listing photos you already uploaded, using a slow Ken Burns zoom and crossfades between slides. The script is there for when you do want to film a walkthrough yourself: it tells you what to shoot, in what order, and for how long.
Does the video come with music?
No, on purpose. Music has to be licensed for commercial use on every listing you post, and Instagram and TikTok both let you add sounds from their own libraries inside the app. So the video comes out silent and you pick the sound where you post it.
What format is the video, and will Instagram accept it?
MP4 (H.264) — the format Instagram and TikTok accept on upload. Scriva checks what your browser can produce and tells you up front if it can only make a WebM file, rather than handing you something the app will reject.
How long is the video?
Between 1.5 and 3 seconds per slide, capped at 30 seconds total — so a listing with a lot of photos still produces a Reel people watch to the end instead of a 50-second slideshow.
Are the script and the video on the same plan?
No. The Reel script is part of the text package on Starter ($29/mo). The video export is a Pro feature ($59/mo), alongside the visual carousel and the landing page.
